mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;>根据社团登记管理机关的有关规定，深圳市智能化学会成立监事会。

mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;>监事会是深圳市智能化学会的常设监察机构，其主要职责是：监督本会理事会及其成员和秘书处、办公室等办事机构依照《社会团体登记管理条例》和有关法律、法规、学会《章程》及有关制度开展活动；对学会的财务状况及会员违纪的行为进行监督。

mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;>1-3人组成，由会员大会选举产生，向会员大会负责。监事会按照法律、行政法规、学会章程履行监事职责。学会理事会及秘书处的成员和财务部门负责人不得兼任监事。监事会任期五年，监事任期期满，连选可以连任。

mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;>3、监督本会及领导成员依照《社会团体登记管理条例》和有关法律、法规及核定的《深圳市智能化学会章程》的业务范围开展活动；

mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;>4、当理事会、常务理事会会履行学会职能时违反法律、法规或学会章程、损害学会声誉时，要求理事会和秘书处予以纠正；
